"My chest freezer broke down and I did not want to buy a new one since I could not afford the same size. I reached out to appliance parts pro and they were confident that what I ordered would fix my problem. $200 in parts later and I now have a broken freezer on my porch and am still paying the loan to this terrible company. They just want you to order parts and try them because they know you can't return them. I hate this company with every fiber of my being and will make sure that anyone that has a broken appliance will not use them. To top it off, their site is so screwed up that it give you an error trying to log back in. I ended up having to create THREE different accounts because every time I went to place a new order, it would not let me login and it would not send a password reset email. DON'T GET RIPPED OFF."

"We weren’t getting water or ice from our Frigidaire French door refrigerator. Barry was very nice and soft spoken but was not able to correctly repair our refrigerator. He replaced the valve that provided water to the fridge but put the water lines on backwards and therefore puddles of water turned to ice started forming in the bottom of the freezer. I called him to come back and he did and couldn’t identify the problem. He said our ice maker was broken. He disconnected it and it solved the problem of water in the bottom of the freezer but of course that meant no ice. I called a different repair company to come out and replace the ice maker and he identified that the valve repair was done improperly and that water wasn’t getting to the ice maker. Now ice maker is making ice again. Unfortunately I had to spend an extra $120 to find that out. I recommend Appliance Specialists of Knoxville instead."

"Josh showed up and looked at the House that is mid Rehab and stated that he could neither get under the house or into the attic to fully assess the job (after showing him that he could do both he reluctantly briefly did). After a short Face-time chat with a colleague he gave me an estimate of $25,000 to install a single unit for an 1100 square foot 1 floor house with crawl space. Honestly shocked that they are "East Tennessee's largest Angie's List Contractor" as their truck said. I have had multiple companies give me quotes for work on this property, and they are by FAR the least professional."
