Mr. Koontz came out the next morning, he evaluated my need and gave me a recommendation, followed by a quote the next morning. The next day as promised he showed up and work late that day to make sure I had AC that night then came out the next morning to finish up the heating part, which I still havenâ t used yet. I highly recommend Koontz, fast, friendly and affordable quality work."
