"After a week of mopping up water that should have gone down the drain. I gave up and called a plumber. The first plumber told me they might work me in next week. Then I called Winkler Plumbing and spoke with Shane, the owner. When I started to explain my problem, he ended up telling everything that I couldn't explain. I asked when he could get to me and was told that be would call me back. In less than 30 minutes I got a call telling me he was on his way to my house. Since I was at work he called to tell me that they would have to go through the vent on the roof to find some sort of clean out plug. They found it and had to dig down about a foot in the front yard to get to the plug. Got the drain cleared out and then reset a commode that was leaking. WONDERFUL PROFESSIONAL SERVICE."

"Jeff told me the foundation settling was very minor for a house built in the 1970's.  No water problems in basement.  He did recommend I have the gutters replaced, with 6" gutters, and to make sure water is draining away from house.  Also, he asked me to contact him if the foundation settled more in the future.  He did not do any work other than give me a free evaluation.  Jeff was very professional and honest. I will definitely use his company if I have anymore foundation or drainage issues.
