Then I called Winkler Plumbing and spoke with Shane, the owner. When I started to explain my problem, he ended up telling everything that I couldn't explain. I asked when he could get to me and was told that be would call me back. In less than 30 minutes I got a call telling me he was on his way to my house. Since I was at work he called to tell me that they would have to go through the vent on the roof to find some sort of clean out plug. They found it and had to dig down about a foot in the front yard to get to the plug. Got the drain cleared out and then reset a commode that was leaking. WONDERFUL PROFESSIONAL SERVICE."

"Perfect! Charlie came immediately, hand dug down 4' to the tank, and pumped. Inlet was full of roots, which he cleared and told us how to avoid that problem in the future. Came back a few days later and installed riser on tank lid so that digging would not be necessary. have used several service companies in the past and there's none better. He returned and did 3 more for us as a preventive measure. If he's available, we won't use anyone else!"
