"Excellent. Highly recommend Brett Lamley of all pro builders. Honest, reasonable prices, exquisite attention to detail and very punctual. He is also a a very neat contractor. Such jobs require removal of old before installing new. We all should expect our home to be messy during such renovations but Brett spent extra time to vacuum and clean every speck of dust or dirt that may have been tracked in during working hours. Ive had many homes remodeled in 3 different states and Mr lamley is by and the best contractor I ve ever had. "Once I sent her all the measurements, it took her a little while to get the options back to me.  Overall, they're good designs.  However, they're very simplistic and give general ideas for space planning.  I was hoping to have a better idea for sizes of furniture for the space and some variations on staging.  
Jill was very responsive when I did have a question.  I'm not sure how helpful it is to have a virtual design done.  If we lived in similar cities, I'd probably use her again for help with additional designs.
