We had the pleasure of meeting Nick (Sales Inspector) and Brandon, Brandon, and Jacob (Installers). We hired Master Services on 2/16/21 (work done on 2/22/21) to install a WaterGuard sub-floor drainage system in our home in Greeneville, TN. Nick is a terrific salesman. He is professional and does not push any unnecessary work. Brandon, Brandon and Jacob (I believe Jacob was our installers name - sorry if not), did such a tremendous job. "I had Ameri-Dry Waterproofing come to my house to inspect a water problem we

were having in our basement.  We found the inspector, Barry, to be very

knowledgeable and very thorough in his inspection.  He explained everything

to us and answered all of our question, which we had many.  At the end of

the inspection we all sat down and went over our goals and expectations.  We settled on the

Ameri-Dry drain system and found the price to be fair.  The full warranty

was the clincher for us.  They installed the system in less than a week and

I must say the men were very courteous.  They worked very hard and finished

the job in under four days.  The foreman, Barry, ran his crew very efficiently.

"I had a sink leak that was getting pretty bad. I called Pinkston Plumbing to set up a time to come out and fix it. Dogu Pinkston called me before our appointment to let me know he was on his way. I always appreciate when service providers give a courtesy call. Doug arrived and quickly saw the issue with the S trap which was not installed correctly to begin with. He replaced the trap and cleaned out the drain since it was draining slow. That drain has not drained that well since I bought the house. He did an excellent job on the repair and was very friendly. I will consider him for all future plumbing projects."
