He hears what you tell him and if he disagrees he makes other suggestions but ultimately you do get what you want even though he may not agree with your choices (he is usually correct). While he isn't the cheapest quote I got and was close to the most expensive (I had 7 quotes) I am glad I chose him. We did remodel, (kitchen, bathroom, livingroom) repairs, additions, bedroom, 3 bathrooms, dining room, decks, porches, patios, bushes, walkways, interior and exterior lighting, roofing, siding, windows, doors, flooring, appliances, in house storage and organization, a storage shed as well as turned our 2000 sq ft basement into a in-laws living quarters complete with fireplaces, kitchen, baths and bedrooms. - Gables Pressure Cleaning & PaintingI can recommend Eli's services with 100% confidence. He is committed to customer satisfaction. I got four bids for the job and he was the most affordable. He was punctual, thorough, meticulous and performed tasks far beyond anything we had agreed to. He works with one assistant who is also excellent in all aspects of his work. I will mention a few examples of his extra efforts. When painting our shutters, he removed all hinges and hardware and painted them without prior discussion. The same for all gate hardware on fences as well as exterior lighting on porches. He painted the blades of ceiling fans to match the trim. In pressure cleaning porch ceilings, which were not to be painted, the finish was damaged. With no additional charge, he stripped them and re-varnished them. When we were not thrilled with the re-stain, he stripped again and painted sky blue which we are thrilled with. He sealed a bare concrete rear porch and was not satisfied with the result. Once again, he stripped it and resealed and stained it to our satisfaction. He told us up front that he would work slowly but steadily and do a good job. He went far beyond our expectations and spent nearly a month at our home to ensure that everything was perfect. I can honestly say I have never encountered this level of service at a very affordable price in my entire life. When the job was completed, I chose to pay him 20% more than his bid and feel that I received incredible value considering the effort and the spectacular final results

"We just completed installing a motorized retractable awning from [*** Link removed ***] and are super pleased with the quality of the build, appearance and customer support.? This Italian-designed, engineered and manufactured awning is assembled and shipped from RetractableAwnings.com Florida plant, so if you need assistance with the install, you should contact a local handyman, carpenter or contractor.? Ours is a Palermo Plus, 16 ft. wide, with an 11 ft.-10 in. projection.? The Internet salesperson, Eric Scop, V.P., really worked with us to understand all the options and get fabric swatches.? We ultimately selected a combination Rain/Sun sensor and Vibration sensor to automatically retract the awning in case of heavy rain or excessive wind.? I spoke with Rocky, their installation expert, for advice on preparing the ledger board to attach the awning to our vinyl sided home, right below the soffit.? His advice was instrumental in making the install go so well.? Further, the awning arrived already programmed to the Soliris transmitter and the motor limit switches were also set.? It shipped in a fiberboard box (this one was about 17 ft long and 1 ft x 1 ft square, weighing over 200 lbs.), which was extremely tough.? The truck driver ignored the box orientation stickers and used a hand truck to move it from the center, rather than two hand trucks, one at each end, per the clear placarding on the box.? Despite this, it arrived in great shape, other than a couple minor paint scratches, which we will fix with touchup paint they are sending at no charge.? While the enclosed wall brackets were different from those described in the installation manual (an improved design), installing them was no problem. An extra bracket was included, which we also installed as this will be a large ?sail? on the side of the house and we want it to stay there.
