We strongly recommend Weatherford and Associates! Finding a surveyor at a reasonable price to come out within a reasonable time frame was a surprisingly difficult task. Paul Weatherford exceeded our expectations on both counts. They were fast, responsive, professional, and at a fair rate. We were impressed with Paul's knowledge of the area and would definitely hire them again

The guys were friendly and they came to my place to provide the service within a week of me calling. They found the old markers and put a few new ones in. Got the job done!

Great, they can next day after I had been stood up by another company. They took care of the job just in time for my contractor to start the fence. I highly recommend them for any surveying job.

I cannot be more pleased with the experience. We've been going through a home remodel for over a month of a newly purchased late 70's home. I've been very frustrated at the level of overpromise/undercommit by virtually everyone we've come into contact with. This was definitely not the case with Kevin. He was very responsive, professional, courteous and did exactly what he said he would do exactly when he said he would. We had to reschedule the survey and delay by one day due to pouring rain. Kevin called immediately to let us know that he would need to move to the following day and showed up exactly when he said he would the following day. He spent several hours completing the survey and marking all lines and then spent almost another hour walking us through where he had marked and anything relevant he thought we should know. He asked permission to drive on certain parts of the yard before doing so and even with permission, decided not to as he was concerned about marking the still wet areas. I highly recommend Edmonson and am very happy that he's the one we chose to do our work

I have contacted a few surveyors in Nashville. They would either not call back or be a no-show, and it has held up my ability to put a fence on my property. I contacted Kevin and he responded immediately. He set a day and time to be here as soon as he called. He also answered questions I had prior to the survey and was quick to respond. He was punctual and took the time to explain the process to me and what to expect. I would highly recommend Kevin

I spoke with Paul over the phone a couple of times and we agreed upon a fair estimate (considering what everybody else wanted). He initially said he would not be able to to do it for a couple of weeks, but I wasn't in a big hurry so it was OK with me. He called back the next day and said he could come out the next morning. I was at work when his crew came out and did the work so I can't say how professional they acted. My wife's only complaint was the cigarette butts that they left in the back yard. My complaint was that they had to dig up a bit of my neighbors yard and they forgot to fill in the hole so I had to go fill it in. I'm sure it was an oversight, but that was my only complaint. All in all, I would still hire them again if need be. Paul is a great guy and a professional. I enjoyed talking with him, even though I never met him in person

Mr. Kevin Edmondson was exactly what we were looking for. As first time home buyers, this was our first experience shopping for a land surveyor. Edmondson had perfect reviews on Angie's List, so I called him for a quote. Kevin asked me to send him an email with the owner's name and the address and he would return quickly with a price quote. Within two days, he quoted us for two different phases. The first phase was $250, which entailed him performing a basic land survey by assessing the deed to find the metal stakes marking our property buried in the ground and marking them clearly. The second phase was an additional $150, which would include writing a formal document for our records. Since we were only using him to find where our property lines were so we could install a fence, we decided to only utilize phase one. Kevin showed up on time, had all the proper tools, and was very professional yet approachable in his demeanor. He provided a very thorough explanation of our property and the history behind our property lines, even going so far as to show us exactly where our neighbors property marker stakes on either side of our house. Kevin clearly enjoys his job, and provides excellent service. I HIGHLY recommend him

Advantage Land Surveying (ALS) is a pleasure to work with. They have always returned my phone calls in a very prompt and professional manner and performed their work in the same manner. We have worked together very extensively recently and I have been extremely satisfied with their work. Billy, the owner, has been very helpful in explaining any issues directly to my customers. ALS's pricing is the absolute BEST!!! Some of my customers have used other surveyors before speaking with me and ALS's pricing has always been better, except for 2-3 times where the competing surveyor was a family member or friend. I can't say enough good things about ALS and I would not even consider using anyone else

Kevin was very responsive on email and we'd sent several msgs back and forth sorting out what I was looking for him to do, he researched the property documents and then came onsite and searched for the original property line pins and measured everything out and then staked where the pins were located so I now know exactly where the property lines are

Very well. Mr. Weatherford was very professional and provided excellent service. My property had not been surveyed since the original one (1951) and several of the posts/markers were underneath huge trees that lined the property. He took the time to get as accurate a survey as he could considering these limitations

"They were good. They were quick. They didn’t take very long to do, maybe a day to do the entire thing. It looks real good. I enjoyed it. It was expensive, but they did a good job. They were in my backyard for a week. I would certainly use their services again.
