After we discussed the options along with up front pricing, I decided on replacing the water heater. He said he could get the new water heater and install it the next morning. To his word he was here this morning before the scheduled time, and he and Scott started immediately. The heater was located in the crawl space so they worked in tight quarters.. He said, I needed a new water pressure valve to stop the water lake. Tell me it cost $300 for water pressure valve when it doesn't. And they're not needed a water space, it plugged off and one replaced. Charged me $900. He left the underpinning down. Did not put it back like it was. The water lake is there.
