"The sales rep, Paul, was amazing. He was professional and very knowledgeable about bats and the removal process. The tech, Adam, was very thorough and accommodating. The price was fair and Paul worked with me on figuring out how to get what I needed done, while staying within my budget, which I very much appreciated. I was worried that it was going to be a really involved process, as bats are a protected species in my state, but Paul and Adam walked me through everything and made it all easy to understand. I will definitely be using them again if I run into another critter problem! 10/10 recommend!"

"It went great they inspected our entire house then set traps. After he was sure they were gone they went under they house and got dirty cleaning up the disgusting mess that the raccoons left behind which included but wasn't limited to urine and poop. afterwords they sprayed this stuff that made my whole house smell nice.

"They came in pretty much right away. They spent extra time setting traps etc. I am not sure that they actually charged us full price for the time spent. The large hawk later must have flew out of our building on its own. We were satisfied with the services provided."
