"Ben and his team did an outstanding job on my parent’s house. We are preparing to sell their home and the carpets, tile, wood floors, and deck look amazing! We are super pleased with the professionalism, promptness, and pricing. Fresh Impressions awesome!"

"Prompt service after request, but the technician failed to clean steps properly and some spots on the floor could have used more thorough cleaning. The company offered to come back out and see if they could clean the trouble areas. The second technician was thorough in the service he performed. The company was interested in providing a quality service. In my case, I think the technician made the difference, I would hire again if I knew I had a good technician."

Our mission is helping people like you live in a clean home, which starts with clean carpets and a healthier home. Our proprietary hot carbonating extraction cleaning process penetrates deep into the fibers, reducing the common household allergens from carpets and upholstery. The common allergens tested were dog and cat dander and dust mite matter. Plus, our solution, The Natural®, contains no soaps or detergents. And, we use 80% less water than typical steam cleaning so carpets dry in hours instead of days, making it the more convenient carpet cleaning choice. All of this means Chem-Dry of Knoxville cleans for your health like no one else.

"Grigore was very responsive and professional. He sent pictures as the work was being completed and gave us options whenever we were faced with a decision. He always listened and never pressed us to do something that was outside of our budget or that wasn't part of our vision for the end result. I would definitely recommend Grigore's Hardwood Flooring!"
