"Ducts cleaned 4/11/2023. Crew (James, Jack) were friendly. They did not wear booties to cover their shoes. One wore black slides. During coarse of job, the individual wearing the black and white slides picked up some kind of adhesive on the sole of slide. It was tracked in 5-6 places on the 1st floor of onto the tile and hardwoods. Sticky spots were the size of a baseball. I could not see if anything was tracked onto the carpet as it blended in very well. I assume it was there though because it was everywhere else. The HEPA filter they used was filthy. I did not notice that until they moved it to the 1st floor. While on the 1st floor, it blew particulate matter 10-20 feet across the hardwoods. Again, I assume it blew particulate matter into the rugs on the 2nd floor and basement before I saw it. I had to vacuummthe entire house after they left. I also had to use mineral spirits to remove the sticky spots from the tile and hardwoods. The use of mineral spirits had to be done for another day or two after the crew departed to continue to clean up the sticky areas."
