We thought the carpet in our church fellowship hall was beyond saving due to the countless stains from drinks, food, and heaven only knows what. To our amazement the stains came out and the carpet looks fantastic. He also cleaned several of the fabric covered chairs. Chairs that have never been professionally cleaned. The chairs came out great and the color renewed. The carpet and chairs were almost completely dry by the time he was packed up. "From the start I was impressed with Grigore. When he came to quote the job, he removed his shoes before entering the house. (His shoes were clean, he was just respecting our floors.)
He explained the process, showed us a Bona brochure (he uses their equipment and products) with various stain color and finish options. And explained the pricing differences with the various finish options. His estimate arrived the same day as his visit.
We needed the work done quickly to accommodate a move. He was able to accommodate that. And, moved all of the furniture to the garage for a very reasonable price.
We were not in town when the work was done, but were very pleased when we returned to perfectly finished floors.
When he came over to get paid for the job, he brought a cleaning tool and solution and gave us a lesson on caring for the floors.

"Okay.  No real attention to detail. Clutter, which I will admit is a problem and no doubt hard to clean around, was moved and left even more  jumbled and unsightly. Vendor had sold me a one-time cleaning special priced at $95 for cleaning 3000 feet.  When she arrived, I disclosed that my house was more than 3000 feet (more like 3,500) and she said she'd take an extra $50 to do the whole thing, on top of the $95 I had already paid.  Thus I paid nearly 50 percent more money for her to clean about 16 percent more space.  I could have negotiated further, but just didn't feel up to it. Not really sure about these low-priced "specials" advertised on Angie's List...find that I feel better about delineating a specific job with a specific vendor.  Live and learn."
