"I needed to have the crawlspace in my old home encapsulated, 58 Foundations really fit the bill! They were middle of the road in terms of the estimates I got, not the highest and not the cheapest. The combination of their warranty, materials used, and process are what sold me. The team that did all of the work, including insulating the block wall (which has already made a large difference) were very polite and professional. Zeke, Tanner, and Hunter communicated about the process, when different parts would be done and when we could expect them on day two. Overall we are very happy with the results. At the start Geovanni provided a good quote in a timely manner and suggestions related to the job. While working on the job they showed me a leveling issue with my original design that would have caused rain water to puddle next to the foundation. They provided 3 options to resolve the issue and reasonable quotes. We were aligned on the best solution and they completed the work faster than I expected. In addition, I told them I wanted to use the excavated dirt to fill in holes and dips in the yard. Instead of just piling the dirt in one place, the whole crew worked to fill all the holes and dips around the yard at no additional charge. The next time I have any cement work to be done, I will be calling GC construction first."
