"The company sent a very professional manager to supervise the work. It took almost two days of horizontal boring in our yard and under our homes slab foundation. The horizontal boring equipment and crew added a large expense to the total bill but was the only to get under the slab to the correct spot. The crew installed heavy duty PVC pipe with a liner containing heavy duty commercial grade hose. If anything leaks in the future, a new hose can be slipped in to replace the bad one at a minimal cost. After the repair work was completed, the landscaping was restored to new. Overall a very professional repair job, well worth the extra cost."

The combination of their warranty, materials used, and process are what sold me. The team that did all of the work, including insulating the block wall (which has already made a large difference) were very polite and professional. At the start Geovanni provided a good quote in a timely manner and suggestions related to the job. While working on the job they showed me a leveling issue with my original design that would have caused rain water to puddle next to the foundation. They provided 3 options to resolve the issue and reasonable quotes. We were aligned on the best solution and they completed the work faster than I expected. In addition, I told them I wanted to use the excavated dirt to fill in holes and dips in the yard. Instead of just piling the dirt in one place, the whole crew worked to fill all the holes and dips around the yard at no additional charge. The next time I have any cement work to be done, I will be calling GC construction first."
