Aire Serv was able to get a technician out the same day AND fix my AC unit issue (already had the replacement part on hand - talk about being prepared)! Aire Serv also has this great courtesy service where they send a picture of your technician (for safety purposes), so you’ll know who to expect at your home. They also offer an EXCELLENT maintenance plan that I jumped on right away. Matthew, my technician, was the best! And they even let you note on your account when you have a preferred technician you’d like (which I, of course, listed as Matthew). The floor needed repairs and leveling. I contacted 4 companies to evaluate the problem and develop a solution. Luke Griffin, with Mr. Foundation, was the only person who actually went under the house and took pictures of the problem for us to see. We were able to see what was happening at the fireplaces. He then studied the problem and the next day offered us a solution. They came and installed steel beams with stainless steel jacks, leveled the floors and resolved the problem. I tell people an elephant now could jump up and down on the floors. Would I recommend Mr. Foundation?? 100%!!! And, FYI, their price was considerably less than two of the other companies."
