He saved the day with his repairs as we were having that bathroom remodeled. A disaster was averted as the new tile could have been ruined if the leak hadn’t been repaired. "We were having problems with our hot water heater and Karl and Mike were able to come out the next morning. They were fast, kind, respectful, and did a great job replacing our water heater. They even came out the next day on a Saturday when we realized that our pressure regulator failing was the cause of all of our problems!
