Our hot water heater has not been producing much hot water for a couple of months. In a shower hot water would only last about 10-15 minutes before we were hit with arctic cold water. Jeremiah brought two heating elements and two thermostats and work was done quickly and efficiently. We were impressed with his knowledge and ability to work quickly. Later, we ran hot water in both showers for about 15 minutes each, and hot water just kept coming. We can now shower without screaming when hit with cold water!

Very nice young man and professional. He resolved the problem. Installed a new water heater. I have hot water and I'm very happy. I would recommend this business to anyone who needs repair or replace a water heater or has a plumbing problem.

Was on time. Very professional. Very very knowledgeable. Did a total replumb through the entire house. Was very fast and efficient.

Very professional. Excellent communication with me. Replaced an upflush toilet with regular one. Had to redesign the pipes and even had to cut the main cast iron pipe in my basement. He Took on a project 5 other plumbers said it couldnâ t be done. BAM!!! Finished in one day!!!!

Jeremiah is very knowledgeable and helped us determine exactly what we needed to do to ensure our plumbing was up to date and in good working order. He replaced our drain pipes and corrected some poor work done by a previous contractor. He also showed us everything he did once the job was complete and answered any questions we had. It was refreshing to find a plumber that showed up when he said he would. He also gave a fair price, a full explanation of what he would be doing, used quality materials for the job, and left a clean job site when he was done. He and his helper were easy to talk to, a pleasure to work with, and very professional. I don't think we will have any plumbing issues for a quite some time but, if we do, I'll be calling Smoky Peaks Plumbing.
