Great service

For one hour of labor, we were charged $475. We already had the parts, so that was just labor -- and all they did was remove the old part and screw the new one in. $475. That is insane.

The owner was amazing and professional. After explaining this issue over the phone, he told me step by step how to fix! To save a home visit. If I ever have an issue in the future this is definitely who I am calling! Not just worried about his wallet, just wants to be sure the customer is taken care of.

The quality of the work was excellent. The cost was a little more than I expected to pay but now I won't have to worry about it for many years to come with the labor and parts guarantees. This company is good people and I would recommend them for plumbing repairs and parts replacements.

Karl was extremely responsive came same day exactly on time. He reviewed issue with hot water heater and was extremely knowledgeable regarding replacement types and pros and cons of each. Did not attempt to up sell very straight forward and honest. Arrived next day with tank type and brand we discussed and was right on time. Installed, cleaned up and tested everything. 100% perfect install. Will call on UnionJack again for future needs. Top notch all the way.

We were having problems with our hot water heater and Karl and Mike were able to come out the next morning. They were fast, kind, respectful, and did a great job replacing our water heater. They even came out the next day on a Saturday when we realized that our pressure regulator failing was the cause of all of our problems! I would highly recommend them as they are trustworthy, quality guys and professionals.

Quick and good

He helped me over the phone 2 weeks prior to coming out by talking me through fixing my hot water heater. He didn't charge me a dime for that and I knew right then that I would use him for EVERYTHING that I could. They are very professional !

The only negative for me is that the size of the guys prohibited them from going into my crawl space. They are the only ones you have that does tankless hot water systems. Thanks for your services.
