Cody Floyd is the owner and master craftsman with 20 years experience in construction and trades. He is a 3rd generation craftsman and honed his skills working on multi-million dollar homes in Jupiter Island and Miami, FL. He has worked as a project manager, overseeing the construction of over 200 high-end homes in a year and went on to oversee the construction at commercial water parks. He has over 2000 hours of formal training in construction trades, plumbing, electronics and hydraulics and several certifications. He was hand selected to be an instructor teaching courses in the construction of walk-in showers, water proofing and bathroom remodeling. He not only has the ability to skillfully perform the work, but is educated in the best practices, proper selection of material and the science behind it all. Furthermore, our build methods and products have been thoroughly tested to ensure a high quality, long lasting final product. (i.e. Various methods and products were used to build a shower, in a controlled facility, then after some time, they were disassembled to examine product and craftsmanship performance) Cody's work has won Home and Garden of the year and has been featured in home improvement magazines. "This is a warning to all potential customers- Do not hire Epic Construction and Fence Install to do any work for you. This is the high quality Jasper Manis and his crew will do. You can find multiple reviews of the same horror story I'm going through online. This fence has been a work in progress for over a month. The wobbly posts have been in the ground for weeks. Many of the holes weren't even filled with concrete, but instead filled with dirt covered with dried broken pieces of concrete. The screws are the wrong type for the job being done. My yard was littered with trash, pieces of metal and wooden fenceposts, chain link scraps, screws on the driveway, as well as tools and materials for WEEKS. This has been a nightmare, so please share this so that no one else has to experience the same terrible fate that has befallen their customers as far back as 2018."
