They added a 20' x 24' carport that they attached to my existing house making it look like it was always a part of the house. As for the price, just remember that things are not like they used to be 4 years ago. Everything is more expensive. And remember you get what you pay for, that is if you want cheap you get cheap. It you want quality, good craftsmanship, something that you are proud of and something that will last. Dont expect to pay what you would have 20 years ago. "I was very impressed with Sentri Homes - their customer service was excellent. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. The vinyl looks great too."

"Attention to detail, the house not only looks good it works right. What does that mean, Elevated makes sure when it rains the water does not get in. They use the right nail guns for Hardie board siding plus the siding has no gaps, they caulk it as well. They use flashing in the right places. The work crews just awesome, they looked like my CNC router fast and precise. The job superintendent, Francisco came to the house often, making sure the workers were on track. He also did ever thing the wife and I ask him to, he listen to us. They replaced the siding and painted it, replaced our deck, handrail and gutters."
