"Unprofessional and obtuse. I hired Langley Roofing to do the roof on my detached garage. They made a mistake, which they admitted, but unfortunately their attempts to fix it only made things worse. The only right way to fix it was to do it over, which obviously they didn't want to do. They wouldn't even agree to a discount. I'm sure they'll reply to this saying their fix was sufficient, but it wasn't. They know it wasn't; they just don't want to admit it because it would cost them. Langley has been a nightmare. Go with anyone else and save yourself some headache."

I do write contracts/proposals for every job I do, and it explains everything we will be performing on job. It also details dollar amounts for the overall job and material.
