Chris and his team were great. Very prompt, courteous and did everything that they said they would and more. Anytime there was any confusion, Chris was able to clarify and adjust quickly. Highly recommend and will use for future projects! They painted the entire interior of our house as well as stained the deck. And did it all well within our timeline!

Chris was very cooperative in planning the job.  He had been recommended by the local Sherwin-Williams store. They painted the home that we just purchased and did some wall repairs prior to painting.
When we returned, the home looked so good that we were truly excited with our purchase decision.
I would use them again.

My experience with Precision Painting, LLC has been nothing but excellent.  The owner, Chris Bachner has a great deal of pride in the work they do and it certainly is nothing but first class.
They guarantee that your project will be completed beyond your expectations.  Indeed, there is no doubt that they live and breathe that belief.
They treat your home with respect and as though it is there own.  They are A+ with their dealings directly with you; they are dependable, trusting, caring, and respectful.  I highly recommend them.   much more.

We initially just wanted our walls painted. They were very persuasive. They appeared very professional and polite. The way the work was discussed and talk of how they stand behind their work was very encouraging. It was because of this that we allowed ceilings to be done also. When work began the workers were also very polite and appeared very professional. As we reviewed the work however we found multiple errors and things that weren't complete. This was discussed and workers returned to correct things. We were again impressed. Since they were there correcting things anyway we allowed them to do more work such as trim and baseboards. This is when we started having problems. There was consistent debate about things that weren't done correctly. This included incomplete painting and repairs. I still cannot believe that two coats were applied in several areas. If this were the case there would not be several viewable areas of the underlying color. Many nail pops were not fixed. The places that were fixed were sloppy and incomplete. I can still see underlying spackle that was not completely painted over or sanded down. They never even attempted to clean up any of their mess. There was debris all over from where they did not clean up after themselves. There was dust and debri deep in the carpet in a few areas. It was obvious that they didn't wipe things down before painting either. If they did it was a very quick and incomplete job. We have paint on the hardwood floors in many areas as well as the kitchen cabinets and countertops. There is even paint on a couple of curtains which were not necessarily in their way or too close to what was being painted. In addition there is damage to the front of our refrigerator. There are obvious finger indentations where the refrigerator was pushed back. When this was discussed we were told it was our fault that we probably had friends over who did it. We were also told that we should have cleaned sooner instead of telling them about it two days after the work was supposedly complete. In short I do not feel that this company does stand behind their work. Yes our walls did get painted but I feel it was a shoddy job and I could have done it better myself. There was no respect for our household. If there was then we would not be left with paint on the floor paint on curtains as well damage to a major appliance. Their two day job took the course of 1 to 2 weeks just to get things completed. This is their definition of completed not ours. Our home is still in disarray as we try to fix all their mistakes and clean up after them. We paid $2500 for a professional paint job not just paint thrown on the walls and everyplace else. Each time the errors are discussed we are told not to expect perfection. This is the same person who said they will not stop until I am 100% happy with the job they did. This is also the same person who said they would not expect payment until the job is done to my satisfaction, however they didn't waste anytime taking a check and cashing it. We paid because we thought the job was done. The sun was going down making it too dark to see everything that was left undone. I waited a couple weeks before posting this hoping to calm down and give a fair review. Unfortunately the more time I spend fixing things the more I find wrong. Now I must get back to scraping paint off the hardwood and go shopping for new curtains not to mention touching up and repainting several spots. If you ask them however they're done and they did a great job. Their definition of great however is obviously similar to their definition of quality.

I would not reccomend this group. It took them WEEKS to finsh our deck. They painted over a sign on the deck instead of taking it down. They were there for 3 days straight and didnt finish until I called the owner (Chris) to complain that the job still wasn't done 3 weeks later. They got stain on our siding. When we told them the owenr said he's come out and look at it. He didnt know we were there and he sent someone else out. they said they coundt get it off, all the did was pressure wash it. We spend a whole weekend SCRUBBING the siding to get the stain off. they got stain all over the porch down stair and the furniture too. (the moved the furniture from upstairs to below and then painted. everything got on the furniture beneth). then they left all the furniture down stairs and didnt move it bak up. we had to move that back also. when they pressure washed the house there was still mildew in multiple areas. I had to get bleach and a hose and clean that up too. all and all I would NOT reccomend these guys. Their prices are good but their workis fair (at best).

Chris gave us a free estimate. His two workers did a great job, cleaned up after them selves daily. They were punctual, courteous, trustworthy, and worked around out schedule. They will work until you are satisfied with the final outcome.

Excellent job! Chris Bachner came to give us a free quote. The work was scheduled for the following week. The carpentry work on the outside trim began and the trim, gutters, and deck were pressure washed. We had extensive damage and they replace several pieces of trim and repaired the damage. They primed and painted the trim, windows, sills of the entire house, and the 3 garage doors. While this was being done, the work inside began. The walls were patched and repaired where needed. We had wallpaper in a bedroom and bathroom that was repaired in two places, primed, mudded at the seams, and then painted. They pretty much painted the entire house, including trim. They worked from about 8:30 to 8:30 each day. They removed their shoes when they worked in the house. Chris followed up twice daily, and went over a complete punch list at the end of the job (twice). Jorge, Julio, and Alberto were the main painters, and they were courteous, friendly, and put up with my barking dogs and kids with smiles on their faces. They went out of their way to make sure I was very happy with the job each day, cleaned up after themselves, and checked in with me any time they had a question, BEFORE doing the work. We payed only 10% down to begin the work. There was no pressure for payment, nor was final payment asked for until I was completely happy with the job. I cannot say enough about Chris and his crew! They were a delight to work with, and I could not be more pleased with the job they did!
