This is the second time that I had used Mathews Pool Company Of Cleveland. They came out, it was pouring down and they didn't slow down a bit. They were so busy and couldn't get out here quickly, it took them 3 days to get here. Their price is comparable. They might be a little higher than some of the other providers but after talking to the other folks they couldn't come out here and they weren't qualified to do the work that I needed done. They were really the only one that had the technology, the parts and had the backing of Hayward company of what I needed done. The warranty is good with them, their being a representative. They were very prompt and knew what he was doing. They came prepared. He was through and gone within 15-20 minutes. He knew what he was doing.

It took maybe 3 weeks to diagnose the problem which isn't bad when it comes to electrical problems. The pool stayed clean and usable the entire time. Stoney took all of my husbands calls and was helpful!

We have our pool water tested on a regular basis and purchase pool chemicals from Mathews. They are always helpful to keep our pool sparkling clear.

I will not recommend them to anyone. We are having problems with the liners they worked on.

It went very well. They removed a portion of a fence to get their equiptment in. The filling in of the pool took about 3 days because they were bringing in fill dirt from the site of a pool that they were digging. That helped to keep the cost lower for us. As they went along we requested them to pull out some bushes and grasses, and they were very cooperative. The entire process, which included seeding the area and replacing the fence sections, took a little over a week, due to weather and working 2 projects at the same time. We paid half the money at the start, and the rest upon completion.

We were in the process of preparing and selling our home in Louisiana when we first signed the contract. We were traveling back and forth a great deal and were not able to oversee the project easily. Mr. Mathews was wonderfull. He would work until he needed us to make a decision and as soon as we got into town he start again. It was a slow process for Mr. Mathews but we had excellent communication before and during the construction and he never let it show if we were making things difficult for him. The only hick up was the fact he used a electrical contractor without letting us seeing the estimate for services. We were a little surprised when we got the bill but the fact that a contractor, would be used at our expense, was in the contract. The fees were reasonable and work was excellent.
