"This company wasn’t even moving us — they were moving our neighbor — yet somehow still managed to treat my wife with outright disrespect. Their truck blocked our driveway. When my wife asked them to move it, they responded rudely but did so. When she returned, the truck was blocking our driveway again. This time, the man told her she’d “have to wait,” clearly irritated. She stood her ground, and they moved the truck — but again, with attitude. As they were leaving, one of the movers made a completely unprofessional and offensive comment, saying the only reason our neighbor was probably moving was “because of her.” That kind of remark is beyond rude — it’s personal, unnecessary, and completely unacceptable behavior from someone representing a business. When my wife called the company to report the incident, the response was just as disappointing: “Maybe he was having a bad day.” No apology. No concern. No accountability. Just a lazy excuse. This reflects a deeper problem than just a bad employee — it’s a culture issue. Poor attitudes, lack of professionalism, and zero accountability start at the top. If management can brush off that kind of behavior with a shrug, it tells you everything you need to know about how this company is run. We weren’t even the customer, and this is how we were treated. "I was extremely disappointed with this moving company. While their rate of $145 per hour seemed reasonable, the crew they sent was simply not capable of completing the job efficiently. Despite having four workers, one was over 60 years old with bad knees, and they relied only on dollies instead of proper moving equipment like lifting straps for heavy items. Because of this, the move took an exhausting eight hours when it should have been done in five. Not only did they take far too long, but they also damaged several of my belongings, including two wardrobe racks and my dining room table. To make matters worse, they improperly connected my washer, mixing up the hot and cold water lines, and failed to attach the lint vent on my dryer. When I previously moved from Georgia to Tennessee, I hired movers who handled the same size job much more efficiently with the same number of workers. I feel like I was overcharged due to their limitations, which were absolutely not my responsibility. While I appreciate that they got me relocated, the overall experience was frustrating and disappointing. I will never use this company again and certainly wouldn’t recommend their services to anyone."

"The movers themselves were on time, friendly, and professional, and are the reason the company is receiving 2 stars instead of 1. I booked BM Pro to move my mother and set up her new bed. I asked about the bed when I requested a quote and specified that it was new in a box. I also noted that we needed the bed installed on the service request form I submitted on their website. Once the truck was unloaded, the movers called their supervisor about the bed. I received a text stating that there was an additional fee of $70 for a new bed installation. I told them to go ahead and install the bed, but that I was frustrated the fee hadn't been mentioned in the quote. Then they ended up leaving and not installing the bed at all. My mother's Parkinson's-related anxiety was already sky-high and they made an already immensely stressful day so much worse. When I pointed out their massive customer service failure, they told me they had tried to contact me many times, which was patently false."
