Good Time Moving and Storage

Horrible moving company they they were moving my things just about ever piece of my things were damaged. Then when I want to put my claim in they blocked my number and did not take the responsibility, for the damage they done to my things. Then when It was time to pay they wanted CASH. The guys that were send were not professional with their moving skills, they were not careful with my things. They moved too fast banging into walls, damaging things, breaking a cat tree. Rub off on wall paint onto a black wrought iron bed, damaging a antique table and would not take responsibility for it. Stay away from them. Run as fast as you can away from this company. And they didn't even have a business moving truck. They go out and rent a U-Haul. They also do not explain how you pay. I got a quote of $500 then charged $852.00. The time they were to show up was 8 am they get there 1 hour late.

I was extremely disappointed with this moving company. While their rate of $145 per hour seemed reasonable, the crew they sent was simply not capable of completing the job efficiently. Despite having four workers, one was over 60 years old with bad knees, and they relied only on dollies instead of proper moving equipment like lifting straps for heavy items. Because of this, the move took an exhausting eight hours when it should have been done in five. Not only did they take far too long, but they also damaged several of my belongings, including two wardrobe racks and my dining room table. To make matters worse, they improperly connected my washer, mixing up the hot and cold water lines, and failed to attach the lint vent on my dryer. When I previously moved from Georgia to Tennessee, I hired movers who handled the same size job much more efficiently with the same number of workers. I feel like I was overcharged due to their limitations, which were absolutely not my responsibility. While I appreciate that they got me relocated, the overall experience was frustrating and disappointing. I will never use this company again and certainly wouldn’t recommend their services to anyone.
