Filter reviews by service
individual that set up the service. Called back once we were two weeks
from scheduled date of move and spoke with another representative that
said that whomever I spoke with did not put my move on the books. They
did not seem remorseful in the least and offered to recommend another
mover. We were left scrambling to find different movers and are going to have to pay more due to short notice.
We read the reviews on Angie's list and noted that communication
was an issue with this group but went ahead because we assumed it was
just a few bad occurrences.
Hard way to learn, but the company does not
seem like it is run with much organization and lacks highly on customer
service once a problem arises such as not booking our move though we
were told it was confirmed.
I highly advise anybody looking for local movers to scroll further down the list and not use this group.
