"In my opinion, this has been one of the worst experiences with ever dealing with a contractor. The first installers that showed up not only broke glass from windows several times but also smoked cigarettes while my windows were out. One also ended up being so careless that glass and cut his leg ended in an ER visit. At that time, I had a window in my upstairs that was exposed to the outside elements. When speaking with customer service and also the manager of the installers they could not give me a time when they could get another installer out and stated that it could be several days before people are finished with other jobs before they could get to mine. They covered my window with thin plastic and spray foam. I thought I was being reasonable by asking them just to come and install the one window and that the job did not have to be finished that day or over the weekend. When speaking with her, the customer service manager stated that they did not know if they could accommodate having someone come off another job to install one window that exposed my house to the elements and also didn't know when they could get someone else to come to finish. This was hours after the incident. After that, the service manager told me he would call me by the end of the day to let me know if he could have an installer come over the next day but wasn't 100% sure and stated that it could be next week. At this time, I told them this was unacceptable and that I needed someone to at least come and fix the one window either today or tomorrow. By them not being able to give me a timeline my tenant had to cancel his out-of-town travels as he did not feel safe leaving his belongings exposed. The following day I got a call stating that a crew was on their way, which made me happy. But the installer that came was by himself, and even though he did a great job, my tenant living at my property had to help him carry the windows up the stairs, and also had to use my ladder to help him off the roof. When speaking with customer service, I told them that this was unacceptable that tenant and had to help with the job. They went on to only make excuses in a rude manner and told me that he probably chose to do that in, which he did because over the weekend, we had various storms coming, so he did not want to be in the same situation as before and had the elements outside damage the inside of my property. When seeking compensation, they told me that "life happens" and they could not give any discounts for the job. In my opinion, this company does not stand for the five-star customer service they portrayed. With every phone call I was met with a questioning tone, as well as being very defensive when requesting that my exposed window be installed within the next two days."

"PLEASE READ THIS PRIOR TO DOING BUSINESS WITH LEAFFILTER ••••• This company will rob you blind. Two sales rep came to our house to provide us estimates. Both Estimates were totally different. Sales rep. by name of “Rick” showed up at 5:30 Pm, wrote up estimate, he was so pushy to get us yo sign the contract that he made all kind of lies and keep forgetting what he had said, at 6:30 Pm he tells us if we sign the contract right then then we get a price of $4500 for partial gutter replacement. Rick claimed if we do not sign the contract and leave deposit with him before he leaves then our price will be $7800. Rick remind me a cheap car sales with minimum education and training who can Not get a job any where else than a dishonest, low class car dealer. He kept putting down all his compatibles rather than telling us the high points of LeafFilter’s ?? Cuz there is None. Rick keep trying to act cutesy?? Rick was telling us about his personal problems with his wife, like he never listens to his wife and always ignores her requests?? His wife turns the Best up to 90 degrees and goes to bedroom and turns the fans on?? You ask me this guy has chip on his shoulder, he is a lied and dishonest person in doing business and in his personal life.he acts like a looser red neck!! If a company hires this kind of salesman it is clear that they are not honest nor have any concerns for their customers. Against my wishes my sister hired this idiot. Next day we have two guys showing up at our house, they could Not speak English at all. The job was finished in such a rush, all the debris and garbage was left all over our yard and side walks. By then my sister realized what a mistake she had done by hiring this people, she had the payment check for remainder of $4400 in hand but asked the repair man’s to clean up after themselves as well as the roof of our garage that was left full of leafs and debris. The repair man refused to do so and left. Later on that night “Rick” showed up with an Attitude and treated my sister very rudely and accused her of not wanting to pay. I stayed inside since had I gone outside I would’ve thought this p*** a great listen to have respect for people, yet I didn’t feel my martial arts training should be wasted on a piece like him. Later on I found out my Mercedes Benz SUV’s front windshield is cracked, leaf’s and debris are all over my car. Even though I asked the repair man to wait till I move the car, they did not wait and told me no need for it. After a week I filed complaint with the management, I was supposed to meet them, but they never showed ip. Zack the manager called me and told me the night Rich stopped by my house to pick up the check, my windshield was not broken. Now if that was true why would he go indark and check my windshield for No reason?? Furthermore I have my two camera’s captured Rick Mot to be anywhere next the car!! Do you guys really want yo do business with a cheap car salesman, A Lier, dishonest person like Rick or Zack( the manager) ?? Can you trust them?? For sure I can not. "Ordered and paid for custom awning that was to take 5 weeks. Its now been 16 weeks and still waiting. Owner is at best noncommunicable and at worst, rude. I'm now wondering if this is a scam and not a real business."
