Very pleased with the service. Mr. Clark responded to our e-mails promptly, stopped by to give us an estimate, ordered the door and scheduled installation right away, and was very punctual, professional, and polite.

Installation went as well as you could possibly expect from a professional. My install was somewhat of a challenge due to very limited headroom, but Phil got my door and opener installed and working perfectly. I'm not sure he knew exactly how limited my headroom was, but he got it in there and working without a hitch. He also advised me on the maintenance of the door and springs to prevent problems in the future.

I would enthusiastically recommend Phil and Oasis Garage Doors without a moment's hesitation. Phil stepped into a situation that didn't just require the ability to install a door, but enough knowledge to do so effectively even when the conditions required by the manufacturer were not met and the homeowner made every attempt to screw the job up beyond repair. The garage door was purchase and installed within 2 weeks of placing the order. This co. Provided excellent customer services before, during and after installation. Prior to interviewing oasis garage door, I interviewed several other companies, in order to find one that was suitable, since My door is a custom opening and required a low clearance track. all of the other companies said They would not be able to fit the opening with a door and that I would need to change the size of the garage opening. Changing the opening would have cost me more money and more time. However, Oasis Garage Door immediately accepted the challenge and ordered the door that I wanted and the low clearance track that I needed, without hesitation. Oasis garage door was able to measure the existing opening with precision and accuracy which made the install a success.

Job went perfect. They were on time and very professional. Garage door looks beautiful and they even hauled off the old garage door and all of its components. Property was left in better shape than before they arrived. This is the 2nd garage door in the last year that Oasis has installed for me. I would never hire anyone else. They are great!!! If you have any questions or issues with your installation, Oasis is always there to help. Great company!!

$I have used this company before, 2 doors for my garage and a single for a rental house I have. I am very happy with the quality of the doors. He arrived on time, finished in a reasonable amount of time and did not leave a big mess for me to clean up!! I'm not an easy person to please, I expect the job to be done right without a lot of call backs for minor things. This company deserves an AAA.

I got a referral from my neighbor for Oasis Garage Doors. But I did call 3 other companies just to make sure I was getting a good deal.
I was upset when I made an appointment with one company for an estimate and they didn't even show up. I decided to go with Oasis, they seemed to be very professional and I loved the carriage doors and the quality, so I bought 2 single doors. The installer arrived on time, went right to work, he knew exactly what to do, it all went very smoothly, he cleaned up his mess and loaded all the trash and the old garage doors in his truck to haul away. He went over all the stuff I needed to know about the doors and the warranty. One thing I really liked, they will come out after hours and on weekends for emergencies.
The quality of the doors are wonderful. Very quiet when the doors are going up and down. I would recommend Oasis Garage Door to anyone needing good doors and good installers. Pretty much trouble free for me.
