Michelle explained the services she could and could not offer in terms of my needed furniture repair. And while she cannot help me specifically with my furniture issue, she offered a very generous solution: she is going to send me leather dye for the scratched ottoman and talk me through the repair, should I need help! Michelle also explained that she deals with customers all over the country, in need of leather and purse and clothing repair, cleaning, and restoration. Based on my extremely positive experience with Michelle, I will be sure to call her in the future when I need help with fur, leather or suede goods!!!"

They were flexible on scheduling, and they worked with us on pricing that was fair and comparable with other quotes. Shervon stuck to the cleaning window estimated, even finishing early. (We boarded our doggie to keep her out of the way during the clean, but didn't want to have her stuck overnight). He brought an army of great people to ensure they were prompt. Trying to stick to a certain budget, we eliminated one item from the project. Shervon told us he would throw it in for free if they had time, which they did! "I called American Cleaning Service when my dishwasher broke while i was at work on a 12 hour shift. I came home to water every where in my kitchen and utility room. He was only 10 minutes from me and got here it seemed within minutes. He and his employee came in and quickly started the removal of the water without question.
