The installation seems very professional and they did it faster than I had expected, and at a lower cost than quoted. While they did inform me that they had removed some clog material from the old pipe, it was within 1 week following the job that my bathtub drain was completely stopped up. I hired Roto Rooter to clear the drain and they said that I should have had a clean-out line put in while the new piping was being installed.
