The floor needed repairs and leveling. I contacted 4 companies to evaluate the problem and develop a solution. Luke Griffin, with Mr. Foundation, was the only person who actually went under the house and took pictures of the problem for us to see. We were able to see what was happening at the fireplaces. He then studied the problem and the next day offered us a solution. They came and installed steel beams with stainless steel jacks, leveled the floors and resolved the problem. I tell people an elephant now could jump up and down on the floors. Would I recommend Mr. Foundation?? 100%!!! And, FYI, their price was considerably less than two of the other companies."

A combination of new window sash kits for severely damaged windows and repairs to others helped save us money. Fresh paint, caulking and wood repairs have our 19 year old house looking new again. The crew was very professional, punctual and communicated very well with us. It took about 5 days to get everything done, and we were kind of sad when it was time for the guys to wrap things up.
