"Went very well. Was in touch via phone and email with pictures. Arrived as promised, made sure to get approval from us, on site, to make sure we approved the design before installation, and has followed up once a week since completion. Very impressive. Definitely recommend."

"Excellent. On time, complete job, totally cleaned up - absolutely no mess, debris or clean up needed after replacing 2 hot water heaters and several clogged drains. We have used several plumbing services over the past 22 years and Wambo Waterworks was by far the best. Highly recommend."

"

The initial visit was OK, he did not come prepared, although I was very clear that we needed 1 drain in bathroom sink repaired.  And that the set was brushed silver.

He thought I wanted the drain in the shower repaired.  He took the part and told me he would check with his suppliers for the drain in brushed silver.

Several days later I received a call that he had the part ad would repair the sink.  He did come on the date and  time we set, but did not have the proper part.  He stated that he would have to go to Home Depot and needed cash for him to get the parts.  I gave him cash and he left.  About 20 minutes later he returned with a polished silver drain.  He stated that this was the only thing available. Even though it was the wrong color I had him fix the sink drain.

The deal was for a certain amount with money toward the cost of repairs.  I ended up with a bill for $235.00 and the only credit I saw was for the cash I gave him to go get the part.

"We replaced our existing tub with a larger tub. This required work to be done which was beyond the scope of the plumbing company. Thomas was extremely courteous and polite and willing to schedule his work around the carpentry, sheetrock, and tile work which was done by others. Our only concerns with this company with our finished project were that our new tub is not level (this is not noticeable to the eye but was apparent with the tile work) and that our tub drain is not completely flush. Next time we would have one contractor responsible for the whole project rather than trying to coordinate three contractors ourselves."

"They (Jeff and Joe) arrived early in the day, earlier than I had hoped for. And attempted to unclog the drain from within the wash room. That did not work.

He informed he could attempt to unclog the drain from the vent stack to the washer but that the agreement with AHS would not cover that cost. He told me it would ne and additional $225.00, but that if he was unable to unclog the drain it would not cost me anything. I agreed to that. They worked around three hours and were eventually successful in unclogging the drain, very happy with the results, worth the cost.

The workers were respectful, on-time, professional and did a great job. I will definitely use Drain Go Pluming again.

Storm Drain Installation questions, answered by experts

The difference between a right-hand and left-hand storm door is where the handle is located. When looking at the door from the outside of your home, a right-hand storm door will have the handle on the right-hand side, while a left-hand storm door will have the handle on the left. Your storm door handle will be on the same side as your front door handle.

There are several potential causes of a gap at the top of your storm door. For one, your door may naturally start to sag as your house settles over time. Other possible explanations include loose screws, faulty hinges, damaged weatherstripping, or incorrect installation. The right solution for fixing a gap will depend on the cause.

Storm door panels are typically made from tempered or laminated glass, and each type has its benefits. Tempered glass goes through a special heating and cooling process, increasing its strength and durability. It’s known for its safety features—when it breaks, it shatters into small, relatively harmless pieces rather than sharp shards. Laminated glass is made by sandwiching a layer of plastic between two layers of glass. This interlayer holds the glass pieces together even when shattered, preventing them from scattering.

No, a storm door should not replace a regular door. It lacks the durability, insulation, and security of a proper exterior door. Most storm doors have lightweight frames and minimal locking hardware, and they aren’t meant to stand alone. While they work well as a backup to your main entry door, relying on one as your only barrier would likely lead to drafts, higher energy bills, and safety concerns.

There's a long list of benefits of adding a storm door to your home, making the minimal cost, difficulty, and time commitment of installation well worth it. It protects your home from rain, wind, and show, improves your energy efficiency, allows you to save money on electric bills, offers great ventilation, and deters break-ins.
