We are a Christian-based, American family owned and operated business. I started this company to specialize in outdoor shade. Our focus is on extending your living area to the outdoors area. We offer awnings ( stationery and motorized ) , patio covers, screen rooms, motorized and non-motorized shades and custom pergolas.

"The cover to our patio looks great, but ... to install the three posts. they needed to cut into the existing stone patio. After the cover was installed, they did an inadequate job replacing the stones around two of the three posts. I went to the office to pay for the work, told them of this problem, and they told me to send photos and they would get it addressed. I've sent photos (twice), but they have ignored my requests. Lesson learned: don't pay until you are completely satisfied."

"We began the building process of our new home in December of 2015 and move in in July 2016. I decided to not post negative reviews at the time because I had been so distraught during the process I just wanted to forget about the whole process and move on but today is the day to leave the review. The entire home building process was a nightmare from the beginning to end. The first issue was with basement door framed out to the wrong size, installed and charged for retaining walls without any communication to us after we specifically stated we did not want retaining walls. We had several windows and doors not centered properly. They installed the wrong tile in guest bathroom. And these were just a few of the issues we had during the build. I guess the one main issue was with the owner of the company and the way we were treated. We were told to not go to the home everyday and look for mistakes and any mistakes would be taken care at the end of the process. He locked us out of our own home and would not let us in to see what was going on until he received his final payment. He wanted the final payment before the house was completed. It was an issue everyday of something being done wrong or him treating us terrible. We did not have one change order in the home but he kept telling us that he had $30,000 of his own money in this home. Now I am posting this today, 6 years later because we decided to have the metal replaced on all our door frames due to the metal work being so bad. After removing the metal wrapping we found all the garage doors and man doors to be rotting and all the door frames are going to have to be replaced after only 6 years. Please beware!!!!!"

"I had Music City Roofers come out months ago to do an inspection. Ryan Johnson was very enthusiastic about getting my roof replaced and getting my insurance company to pay for it. The next step was having my insurance company out while Ryan was here to have my insurance company a**** the damages. Ryan informed me that he will remove a shingle and send it off for testing. That’s the last I’ve heard from him or this company. I called and texted Ryan over the course of 3 months and would get excuses of Sickness and even telling me he’s busy with another customer but promised to call me back. Never did! 3 months later I called the company directly and spoke with the receptionist. She promised to forward my complaint of no contact from Ryan and to have the management call me back ASAP. 1 week later still no calls. Guess the Apple doesn’t fall far from the tree at this company. If management can’t even reach back out to a customer I guess it’s silly of me to expect a professional response from their sales team. Moving on to another roofing company. I suspect what happened is that my insurance didn’t approve a full replacement so their big pay day turned into minor repairs so they moved on to bigger and better pay days. I do not recommend this company for obvious reasons. It’s sad that they couldn’t have at least had the professional courage to simply say, “sorry, we can not help you with your roof”"

"After checking with Steve multiple times regarding these “buildable” plans and his assurances that they were buildable and permittable, they proved to really be only a “visualization”. Cost ~$3000 to get the plans permittable in Portland OR. Nice appearance. They did mirror the stairway and mod the glazing for an additional fee. The DWG drawings that I received were poorly layered. One of my CAD op’s who tutors CAD at the local community college stated, “These drawings would not pass muster for the CC certificate”. Best take the visualization to a local certified architect and just have a professional do the rest of the drawing. Also the material list was basically useless. So, I paid about 3 times the cost and put the project off 1 year. Very frustrating experience. You’ve been warned."
