"Every thing was smooth beginning with an on the spot estimate and several interactions with their office. They had to deal with a few days of rain which started right after they completed the post installs. The two-man install crew made a few changes to the original plans, at my request, without a problem. Doug, the Lead installer, understood my need to reroute the fencing and came up with a nice solution around a curved area of my driveway. I had "thrown" the change at him on the morning of the install. The Install Crew worked like a crew of one. One guy would start to do something and the other guy was ready to do the next step when the other completed his task. All without either needing to talk to the other. It was fun to watch two work so smoothly. They have MANY years of experience installing all kinds of fence and it showed on my job.
I had also added an extra gate to the original estimate at the last minute and Office Manager Stacie was able to have their vendor add the five foot gate to an order at the last minute so it would make a truck delivery just in time for my installation. Stacie also communicated with me often during the several days of rain so that I had a good idea of her companies plans for the "next work day". Everyone was so professional when interacting with me every step of the way. The fence looks great and my Doberman loves to run in his play yard without restrictions.

I contacted Dillion from Stefaniak Construction and spoke with him about replacement options and scheduled an inspection. He was very professional and knowledgeable with my situation. After his inspection, we decided to replace 9 of the windows in the home. With it being an older home, there were a few obstacles for him and he handled them in a quick and proficient manner. "Excellent. Anthony and his team showed up and worked through each of the issues until the problem or enhancement was completed. They even had time to replace a circuit breaker that had frozen causing my pool pump to stop working even though it wasn't part of the original list to complete. They made time to review the issue, switch out the bad breaker and get it running for me again. Anthony's team is courteous and respectful of the house and do really good work. I would and will hire AD Maintenance and Electrical again."

"Our stone walk way is on a very steep hill.  Ab and his team worked carefully to get the 200-300 pound stones down the hill to the path site with minimal disturbance to the yard and grass.  He suggested a certain type of stone that would provide long-term durability and stability for the walk to the lake and added pleasing curves so that the steps looked more inviting than a cold stairway.  He was careful to plant grass along the sides of the pathway where the construction disturbed the grass already in place.  While the weather was extremely hot, he and his team worked every day until the project was completed, about 3 days.  They showed up when expected and communicated their plans for the next day at the end of each day.  There were no surprises.  We ended up with some extra materials (stones) and he added extra steps at the side of the house even though that wasn't part of the original design.  There was no additional cost for this work."
