- Crabbe ConstructionWe contracted with Crabbe Construction Company in July 2013 with the understanding they would do their best to get us into the house by the first of December. We closed on our home on December 7, 2013. The liaison with Crabbe that I worked with was very professional and was open and honest with me. When I asked for changes for add ons he was great about helping me get what ever it was I wanted. If my request was unreasonable then he very gently let me know that and gave me an alternative. He was very easy to work with. The site supervisor was a joy to work with. He went out of his way to make the building process go as planned. When he told me he would do something I knew it would be done. The sub contractors that Crabbe used was professional and worked hard when on site. If I had any complaint, it would be that the sub contractors left their trash laying around and didn't pick up after they finished their job. However, the site supervisor was always on hand to make sure trash was picked up after the job was done. Even after closing and our move in, he is following up on the few minor details that needed to be done, such as, getting excess mortar off the house. He had workmen out pressure washing the house the physically breaking the mortar off within a week of closing. Over all I can think of nothing I would have done differently while building our home. If you are looking for a builder for your dream home, spend some time deciding what you want then contact Crabbe Construction Co. It is much easier to work with builders if you know what you want in your home before you begin and then make your choices of paint, carpet, hardwood, etc. And then stick with your choices. We are very pleased with our new home
- R L ALVAREZ CONSTRUCTIONWe purchased numerous high-end appliances and cabinets from a vendor in Nashville. RON Alvarez helped us deal with these companies when they were frustrating us. In spite of discovered structural issues discovered in destruction phase, Ron kept the project on time and on cost. My children and family felt like the experience, which is always difficult when you are living in an active construction zone, was worth it. The end result is worthy of a magazine cover and that is all credited to Alvarez Construction team

They worked with us and our time table to allow for us to move into our new home the same day we moved out of our home in Tennessee. They continue to be there for assistance after the purchase and have a generous home warranty. They have employees who seem to take pride in their job and strive to provide a quality home to their buyers
