  They were on time if not early for each visit. The entire staff from the dispatcher to the electricians were very nice and polite. The Electricians were the same pair each time so you didn't have to re-explain what you wanted over and over. The Electrician was also great at going over options and make suggestions based off of his experience as well as listening to what I was thinking. I know sometimes folks are hesitant to give opinions because they don't want the customer to feel pressured into anything, but they really did a great job of ensureing what I wanted was done at best price.   I am very satisfied with this service from beginning to end. I made an appointment on the phone and was able to get an appointment two days later. Felipe arrived promptly with all the equipment he needed. He was very courteous and wore protective covers on his shoes to prevent dirtying the floor. The service fee was $49.95 for DES to come to the house and diagnose the problem. Felipe was able to provide an estimate for the "single circuit diagnosis" within a few minutes. The cost for the diagnosis was $180 (in addition to the $49.95). The price seemed high to me, but I have never paid an electrician before and it is good to know that a trained pro did the work and confirmed the safety of the installation. The two way light switch in the kitchen cost $45 to repair. All in all it was $274.95 for all repair work. Again, I hate paying others to do work because I can handle most household repair tasks, but then again the peace of mind of knowing the wiring is done safely is worth it.   We found him several years ago when we had our kitchen redone, and he was one of the people who came in to do things. He works part time for the company that we hired to give us the new kitchen. He was one of the installers that came in. I found out when he came at that point that he does other things and he has his own company so we had him do other things for us. He is amazing! I can't say enough good things about him. There isn't anything we didn't like about him. He goes above and beyond. We already have a deck on the house and he was just replacing it, and one of the things he noticed was that the support and the basic structure of the original deck had pulled apart and was no longer level as square to the house, and he fixed that up for me. It was way off. He fixed that without any additional charge. He fixed that whereas somebody might just put on the deck and let it be off square. He made sure that it was on square before he put the decking on, and he came in on budget. He did it all for the estimate. The job that he did was beautiful. It was done in a timely manner. He was always very timely with what he does. The people that he has working for him are all very good people, they show up on time, and they finish on time. We have the most beautiful deck in our neighborhood because the products that he chose to put on them are different. It's more of a work of art, not just a plain deck. It's really very nice.
