First off, Lee returned my call about an estimate promptly and showed up early the day of appointment. He dispelled false information other roofers had given me about storm damage on my roof, and explained why I had the problems I was having and why I should replace my roof. Totally professional and didn't try to pressure me in any way to replace my roof. Truth be told, I knew before he showed up I was going to replace my roof, but wanted to get estimates from a competent professional. A small aside here, I called several other roofers in Clarksville and Lee was the only one who returned my call besides Young's roofing. Young's roofing came by once, never gave me an estimate and never returned as the said the would the next week to give me an estimate. Frankly, if you live in Clarksville, TN and want a roof done right and on time than you need to call TN Roofing and Siding. I'm sure they're not the cheapest, but in my opinion they are certainly the best. The removal and and install was done in two days as promised, and I have a large roof. The workers cleaned up and were courteous. They didn't catch every piece of trash, but on a job that big no crew would. They accidentally damaged a section of siding on my house day one and replaced it all professionally before they completed the job the next day. Lee's site foreman, Kevin I believe was his name, did a walk around inspection before they left and corrected all minor clean up deficiencies on the spot with no questions asked. Lee stopped by two days later for the final inspection and agreed to replace a section of siding that was storm damaged well before his crew came by for no charge as a courtesy. All told, I could not be happier with my choice of TN Roofing and Siding to replace my roof. Oh yeah, the roof looks fantastic. I recommend them without any reservations.

Lee and his crew were completely professional. After a recent wind storm I notice shingles missing from my roof. I call Tennessee Roofing and Siding. Lee came to my house in a couple of hours of the my call. The first thing he said was I did not need a new roof and only had minor damages that would be easy to repair. He did a quick inspection of my roof and looked at a couple of places I had concerns about and provided me a very reasonable estimate. His technicians came over the next Saturday and conducted the repairs. Very quick and very professional. I am completely satisfied with the professionalism and quality of work and will use them again in the future.

Mr. Weeks came out on July 1st. to give us an est. on a new roof. He was on time, and very friendly. He inspected the roof and worked up an est. for us and also what it would cost extra if he found any sheathing that might need to be replaced. His proposal said he could start within 2 weeks weather permitting. We called 2 other roofers that did not respond, so we went with Mr. Weeks proposal. He called on July 17th to see if he could come by the next day for me to pick out the color of shingles I wanted, which he did, and he and his crew were at our house at 7 am on July 19th. After the shingles had been removed it was discovered that all the sheathing would need to be replaced as it was below code in thickness and was delaminating. While this added a considerable amount to the price, I believe the cost was in keeping with what other contractors would have charged. Mr. Weeks went and purchased the needed sheathing and the job was completed by the end of the day. Mr. Weeks crew finished the job and were cleaned up and ready to leave by 5pm. Mr. Weeks inspected the work that day and again on Mon. Mr. Weeks did not require any payment up front or in advance when he had to purchase the needed sheathing, we did not have to pay anything till the work was completed and we were happy with it. Mr. Weeks offers a 5 year warranty on all labor. We were happy with the work and love our new roof.

it was great he also worked with us as we were having trouble getting back our tax refund. Very patient and understanding.

We will not call them back. See info on what did provider do. We have had other project to do and just let this one go until another time and another provider. Not installing the exhaust vent motor correctly caused us to have to do sheet rock in the ceiling differently so someone can still get back up in the attic and fix the fan motor.

Lee came out to look at the job, then sent his workers back to do the job. When they were finished, he came back to make sure everything was done, and looked good. He makes sure everything is done before he gets paid.

I thought they were excellent. I was only given $5000 from the insurance company and he was very flexible with the pricing for me.

The project was held up by the winds that prevented the personnel from getting on the roof. Once we had good weather, the job was done very quickly.

It went very well and I appreciated the professionalism of the owner of the company. He was very quick about giving me an estimate, started the work 3 days later and finished in one day. They cleaned up well and there was no garbage or nails found afterwards. They did the work for about $3000 less than the other company estimated me at.

He is top notch, he is professional, and he has the most competitive prices. It's funny I chosen them because I has three people come out and two of them said be careful if a Korean comes out with a Mexican crew. Two people bad mouthed him so I called him and he gave me the best price, and he gave me a written proposal and he was the most professional person I have dealt with. The owner was on the job site daily. He answered questions, returned phone calls, cleaned up, and he did a walk around when the work was complete to make sure I liked what he did. He is very very professional.

They actually sent someone out within about 3 hours of me calling, which I liked. They were not able to finish in one day so they sent somebody the next day to finish it in the rain. They were pretty dedicated. I was pretty surprised at the price; I was expecting to pay more so I was very pleased. I would use them again but I hope I don't have to.

Had to get our roof replaced following the storms we experienced in April/May 2011. Saw a commercial for Angie's List and thought it would be a good idea to research some roofers; hear what other folks had experienced. Contacted Tennessee Roofing and Siding for an estimate because they had the most positive reviews of all roofers listed. They were insured/bonded, and a member of the Better Business Bureau. They gave us a fair estimate that was almost equal to what our insurance company awarded us for our roof. Tennessee Roofing and Siding said they would not accept full payment until the roof was complete and we were completely satisfied with their work. The roofing supplies were delivered to our home on Tuesday, 28 June. The roofing team started work early Friday morning. Our roof was completed by 3pm that same day. The team of 5 men worked very hard removing the old roof, took care in preparing the surface for the new roof, and they didn't leave a mess. The guys seemed to get along very well and worked as a team. We are very happy with the finished job! When they were done, they offered to walk around the outside of the house with us to inspect their work. They were professional and hardworking. I would recommend them. UPDATE: 8/11/2011, Owner of Tennessee Roofing visited our home about 1 1/2 weeks following installation to inspect and collect payment. Before my husband could get a word out of his mouth, the owner said he was not happy with the job, and that replacement of the entire roof was necessary. We didn't notice, because it was such a sublte difference, the shingles were two different shades of gray! Tennessee Roofing came a few days later to take samples of the different shingles. They sent the samples to Owens Corning; manufacturer of the shingles. An Owens Corning representative visited our home to see in person. Sure enough, Owens Corning paid for us to receive a new roof. Shingles were two different colors from the same lot number. We have since had the second roof installed. Tennessee Roofing did an excellent job again. It was the same team of men. Again, they cleaned up their mess and the job was complete by 2pm. Extremely impressed that Tennessee Roofing was so honest. These days, you don't find that much anymore!!

Mr Weeks the owner himself viewed the damage and gave us an estimate. The next day he had a crew here to repair and do all the work. Mr weeks also came to inspect and make sure we were happy before he accepted the payment, which was exactly what he estimated it to be. They even swept and cleaned the driveway where the bird nests were taken out. Being a military family and new to the area, I am very pleased to have found and used this company. Very friendly and professional. They are familiar with USAA insurance which is a plus! I would not hesitate to use them in the future and highly recommend.

Lee Weeks is very professional and extremely polite. He showed up on time for both the estimate and the actual job. All work was done as contracted. He has you do an inspection prior to payment to make sure you are satisfied with the work and that the job site is clean. According to his contract the company is licensed, insured and a member of the Better Business Bureau. As long as he is in this area, he is the only roofer I will consider for future roofing work.
