The technician came out about an hour and a half later and had fixed two toilets - one had gotten clogged and the other wasn't flushing right - in about 15-20 minutes. I didn't do exact price comparisons with other companies but the morning of house call + the auger for the clogged toilet + the small build repair to the second toilet came out to about $450.
