Joe was exceptionally unprofessional and made a very inappropriate and offensive comment to the homeowner. He was asked by the homeowner to leave the premise and no work was done.

Cookeville plumbing and electric did a professional and thorough job when they performed a 100% re-plum of our 1 BA home.  They added a rear outdoor faucet and moved the front outdoor faucet.  They installed a new water heater (with pan and drain) and re-worked the wiring a more code compliant manner.  They ran ½” line from the meter to the hot water tank.  The results were remarkable!  Joe and the rest of the staff were very friendly, professional, and organized.  They took the time to explain how the entire process would play out.  Showed up when they said they would and executed the job in short order.  I was impressed with their organization.  I would gladly call again.

I found the service to be excellent.  None of my issues required an immediate response, yet they were at my home quickly and fixed what needed to be fixed.  Chuck is very helpful and did a great job.

It was a good experience. I think that I have had them out for a couple of times back in the late fall and early this summer. They always came when they said that they would and they seemed to be fair. I do not know of anything that they could have done to improve their service. I would use them again in the future because of their honesty.

Great job, on time, professional, polite, cleaned up well and they took the old toilets away (to Habitat for Humanity).  I like these guys, they know what they are doing.  They also did some minor electrical work for me.  Again a great job  by professional people

The technician arrived exactly when expected.  Was so nice and helpful.  Explained exactly what would be required, how long it would take and proceeded to fix the toilet.  The area was actually cleaner after he left than before he arrived.  He was very nice and helpful.  Would definitely use them again.

They were nice and professional. The electrician could have taken advantage of a homeowner that did not know what was going on, but instead they gave us and easy fix at a good price. If we need any other work done will use this company.

They were very busy with a lot of frozen pipe calls. I had to wait until the next day. They were very good about keeping me informed. They cut off the  pipe I needed. My only complaint was I felt the bill of $95 was high for literally 5 minutes work. I was able to use my $10 angies coupon though.

It could not have gone any better. Cookeville Plumbing is superlative. They called me when they were done with their previous job and they were there within 15 minutes. They confirmed the measurements while one went off to get the new water heater and one stayed behind to drain the old one and disconnect the electricity. When back with the new water heater it was quickly installed. During this it was discovered that the line was still hot. The box had been mislabeled because of the ineptitude of the electrician. I relabeled the box  so that it was correct, at list for those two switches. The water heater was installed with a new pan quickly and efficiently. They cleaned up the wooden floor. And proudly placed one of their stickers on the front of the water heater. I have used these guys before and I will use them again.

Joe called to say they were on their way.  They checked all I needed to have addressed and started on the (4) toilets.  They actually found that what I thought was a leaky drain, ended up being a cracked shower head that drained behind the wall, leaking into a lower floor closet.  They changed out the shower head with great results.  Also I had ordered a new faucet for the kitchen which they installed (and I love).  The last issue was the garbage disposal which has made a nice addition, since my old one has been out of commission for a while.  I was happy with the service, thought for the work performed the price was fair, and would call on Cookeville Plumbing in the future if I had problems.

We were given a fridge magnet advertising Cookeville Plumbing at a home show earlier in the spring of 2012.  When we began to experience a problem with our toilet, we decided to give them a call.  Joe answered and provided an estimated time he could meet with me at the house.
He and a worker were waiting for me in the driveway when I arrived.  They were slightly ahead of the planned time for us to meet, and I'd rather have that, rather than waiting for them to show up.
Both were very professional.  I showed Joe what was going on with our toilet, and he stated that he could fix just the flapper or install a new ball-float and fill mechanism as well.  Since we'd already once replaced the flapper and the problem came back, I went with the rebuild kit option.  The cost was around $100, with the work guaranteed for life, the parts for one year.
He also took a look at a problem we were having with our water balancer in the shower.  He took note of the part number and stated that it would likely be rather expensive for the part as the manufacturer is no longer in business.  To install new shower hardware would be a fee of $240, plus parts, should we decide to go that route.
A few days later, he called back with the price of the part.  As expected, it wasn't cheap.  So, my wife and I bought hardware for the shower that matched the vanity's hardware.
I arranged for the installation, and again, they came when promised.
The installation was very involved.  There was difficulty gaining access to the pipes and some unforeseen problems were found.  He was able to repair those with some new copper pipe, installed the hardware, sodered the area and cleaned up after the install.
Overall, a good experience.  A bit more expensive than we thought it would be, but no surprise increases.
I'd say they certainly earned their money with the installation of the shower hardware.
