We have General Intra-State Authority in the state of South Dakota, and as of Jan 1st, 2017 we will officially be able to Haul Federally Exempt Commodities (i.e. Hay, livestock, raw timber, and more listed as Exempt in FMCSA Administrative Ruling 119) into or from the surrounding states of Montana, Wyoming, Nebraska, North Dakota, and Colorado.
