After meeting with Jamie in order to get a bid, I was hoping to have him do the work because he did such a good job explaining the process. And Jamie and his crew were very friendly. "The work to extend/enlarge my concrete patio was completed on time - - overall. So far, the work appears satisfactory. William told me that concrete work usually has a one year guarantee. However, William never sent me a written estimate nor a written invoice. So, I have nothing to prove that he (JW Concrete) did the work should I encounter a problem in the future or need to file a claim of some sort. Also, his initial quote did not include tax. I did not find that out until final payment."
