They seemed to do a good job emptying the septic tank even having us flush the toilets to make sure everything was draining properly. "We had another plumbing company come out due to a leak. Rather than do any diagnostics, they just replaced the pressure valve. It still leaked. I called the next Monday and was told oh, you need a new water heater. Johnny Gavilan from Preferred Home Services checked a couple things and found our expansion tank was bad. He did warn us there still could be a problem with the water heater but at least he checked first. If we need the water heater replaced, our expansion tank will be new!"
