They seemed to do a good job emptying the septic tank even having us flush the toilets to make sure everything was draining properly. "Got a call from the water company that their meter reader had found a leak while doing the monthly check (and had turned off the water to prevent damage to the yard).  I called Benjamin Franklin plumbing at 3:00pm and they had someone out at 4:30.  The repairman had to dig a 2x2x2 hole at the meter to gain access to replace a section of PVC pipe and a coupling.  The water was back on by 6:00.  The repair was done professionally.  Very satisfied and I'll use them in the future.

"I had a water heater emergency on a Saturday, and my four girls were frantic with no hot water.  I called several plumbers who were not able to come out on the weekend or wanted way too much money.  When I called Steve at All about Plumbing, he was very nice and was able to come out the sameday.  He did not charge an estimate fee, gave me an estimate to fix the problem.  He installed a new heater that night and we were back in business and ready for Sunday morning showers before church.  He promised to be there at a certain time and was.  He was professional.  I would recommend to my friends and family."
