My appointment was scheduled after 1pm today due to me having a medical appt. But the installer(Jason C.) or whatever you call him wanted to be rude and questioned if I am the owner. So when I called in to complain and request someone new the customer service rep (Misty)answers Yeah how can I help you. I told her the issue and she says that’s it? We will send someone back out at 1pm then. Really?
