Anthony and his crew are very professional and punctual and explained in detail the option we had replacing our unit. We have used them for repairs over the last 8 years and without a doubt are reliable and honest and will get to the bottom of any issues promptly

Everything was handled efficiently and with the utmost professionalism.  I suspected that I had a sensor failure on my gas furnace, but had Cordell come out and do a full look-over.  They confirmed that my problem was the sensor, and even helped clean out the dust, etc which had caused the sensor failure.  When I asked if I need a new furnace (due to it being about 10 years old) they were honest with their feedback and treated me very courteously.  Would definitely use again.

Technician was very knowledgeable and professional. I was expecting I might get a gloss over but it was a very thorough service call. I was impressed enough that I had them service a second unit and am contacting them to work on 2 units at another house.

I knew my HAVC was not in good shape and I needed a professional to tell me what what wring and how to fix it. They found the compressor was going bad. This was not good and going to be very expensive. The provider went above and beyond and found out that my HVAC was still under warranty after 7 years! Thank you Anthony!

Everything went well. Seemed to go the extra mile to do what was needed, and more! Biggest revelation was the appreciation of how important frequent cleaning of the air filter is for efficiency and cost. Even made sure the gate was closed as work concluded. 
I've got no other experiences with air-conditioning tune-up maintenance procedures, but despite my amateur status,  my sense was that everything went very well ...and properly. I'm quite pleased.

After purchasing this Special Deal through Angie's List offer, I was contracted by Anthony with a courtesy call to set up appointment. Anthony sent his Technician Chuck to my house within a few days to do the work, Chuck was very knowlegeable and explained to me in detail every step of his check list during his visit and answered any concerns I had about my system. I would gladly recommend Cordell's for any HVAC service needs.

I purchased this service in advance and was contracted by Diana at Cordell's the very next day. I told her I would call in the Spring to make an appointment. Well, I never got to call back because before I knew it Spring was here and Anthony called me to set up an appointment. Yes, I did indeed appreciate the call forgetting it was time to get my tune up. He sent his Technician Chuck to provide my service call. Chuck was very knowledge and explained to me as he went along what he was doing and the rating for each test he was providing. I would not hesitate to my Family/friends to call Cordell's in the future and recommend them if ask for a HVAC company to service their needs.
