"I wished we had known about the Integrity sooner instead having waisted time with other companies. Our last AC guy was trying force us to agree getting another AC brand for an insane price. He thought he would convince us once it was during the hottest wave we have ever had.We just wanted to make sure we could get not only a better estimate but know what else the market had to offer us. Since we know Costco has a reputable name in the market, we felt we should take that path. Certainly Costco would have a trustworthy partnership with an AC company. We got 3 estimates before Integrity. None of them I felt confident in going ahead.Even with a lower estimate. As soon as they called me to schedule the visit, I told my husband we probably had found the right direction.Ortiz came and took care to hear our needs and he did not try to sell us anything else other than we really needed. Everything he told us we were aware. He was very clear, profissional and easy to deal with. Actually the whole process with Integrity was absolutely easy to deal with. Everyone I had to speak, email or get in touch was responsible, clear and very kind. The installation crew was amazing. We had Dan, Abraham, Bryce and another guy I forgot his name.This one was super nice with my son talking about games. We are very impressed with the quality service Integrity has, and the way they deal with their customers. Keep doing this excellent job. Nail was so very attentive with me answering my questions all the time. We are more than happy to have chosen Integrity to take car of our HVAC from now. Definitely the name Integrity speaks itself. Thank you for working with us since the beginning process to the end with so much care. We feel so much comfortable now knowing we have a trustworthy and integrity company to take care of our system. Please keep doing this excellent job and your company will be always on the top of credibility, for sure."

"This business is rip off. Don't ever hire them. They ask exorbitant amounts of money and cannot find any root cause. They do not do any thorough inspection and neither they have proper instruments to do it. Please refrain from them"

"Work has been scheduled for early in 2019, but they could not have been more helpful and professional in explaining our options, how our home would get the most out of the panels, and how much we are likely to save. They were explicit about costs and available rebates. We were instructed to apply for a rebate from our local energy supplier and they literally walked us through the time specific rebate procedure. We made some minor changes to their standard contract and they accepted those changes without question. I can only assume their work will be up to these standards when we do the actual installation."

"We just had our windows replaced by Apex Energy Solutions. Justin was our sales rep and couldn't have been more helpful. He knows his product and answered all our questions. The install team did a great job and it has given our home a true facelift. They replaced a sliding glass door with three beautiful windows in my breakfast area, and we are so happy with the new look. They were very courteous and careful when they were working inside our home and cleaned everything up and hauled it off. We are looking forward to lower energy bills the future. "Beware of hiring Solar Energy World I hope this helps someone else avoid the problems that we have been facing with this company. Initially we thought what is the catch, this is too good to be true... well it is. Our panels were incorrectly installed leaving holes in our roofing which led to water pooling in our front porch ceiling and running down the face of our house. We ended up with warped front porch flooring along with mold and water damage in our finished basement. After almost 4 months of us having to follow up weekly and them coming out to correct their improper installation they are now saying that they are not liable for any of the damages to our home. The manager told me that because we moved forward with the mold remediation that they aren't liable. How can a company expect people to live in a home with mold for 4 months while they "review" the situation. The manager then slipped up and admitted that they never reviewed the photos or invoice that I sent over, they just decided in a brief discussion that they werent liable for the damages. When I asked to please speak to the manager that made the decision I was told that he is a difficult man to get a hold of so that won't be possible. I am just shocked and disappointed in this company. We have been so patient and understanding during this whole process to have them treat us like this. Just go elsewhere if you want a company that will do right by their customers because Solar Energy World is not that company."

"Precision air and heat, llc based out of SC and NC installed a condenser unit and evap coil for me over 3 weeks ago. The 2 gentlemen that performed the installation were great and polite. Once done, I informed Precision that the supply temp was fluctuating. They informed me by text and voice that someone would come out to check the refrigerant pressures. No one showed or called. I was also told that I'd receive confirmation that the units would be registered for warranty and an inspection would be scheduled to close the permit. Neither have been done. I called Abdul, the service manager and he made it seem like it was my fallult for not chasing them down enough. I called Asia about all of the above. She said she'd call back and never did. I contacted Roger Costner. He did not apologize or try to make things right. If you've been wronged by them, I'd contact the BBB even though they're not accredited (not surprised). I'd also inform the companies they rep. In my case, it's Tempstar."

"Outstanding! Mario and his workers did a fantastic job! They removed all insulation. They sanded off all wood and treated with a solution to kill any residual mold. They placed new insulation. They encapsulated the whole crawl space and placed a dehumidifier. I felt very confident that the job was "done right". The whole organization very professional."
