Excellent repair job with absolutely no complaints. This review is after posting a 3 star review a few days ago for not returning my phone calls. I was contacted on Monday and given an apology with explanation that the company had been short staffed and had tried to contact me earlier, apparently the call going to my Spam box. On 12-14-22, Tyler arrived at 11 AM and immediately went to work to locate the trouble with my underground dog fence. Apparently several breaks were located and repaired, about a 2 hour job. Tyler was very professional and apologetic for not getting out sooner and reduced my service bill by 50% for any inconvenience experienced. I tried to remove the earlier comments posted a few days back but was unsuccessful, thus this new review. Outstanding and pleased with the repair.

It was a wonderful thing for most of the first year.... maybe 8 months. my dogs kept jumping the fence some how and after numerous calls and excuses nothing anyone did worked anymore. I have videos of my pup stuck between the fence and the wood line and she would not come to me. It was late at night. She was scared and she would just stay right along the fence line and not come to me for I’m guess fear of being shocked. All 3 of my big dogs cleared the fence like nothing. I called numerous times. I kept being told “tighten the collars” or “make sure your system is on” ....oh it’s on..... it’ll beep and shock them as the clear right over it. The company came out plenty of times. And nothing worked. I’ve had several panic attacks and been late to work so many times because my dogs have jumps the fence and I wanted to be home to let them inside. I live in a wooded area.... I have ride neighbors with guns. I just don’t want to leave them lose and something happen and there be nothing I can do. There was some sort of “warranty” only on the system. Well I won’t be able to get not even a partial refund because it was only with in the first year.... well I kept calling them out and right after atleast a year with the system “covid made them non essential” so if I’m having issues with in the first year and it wasn’t fixed why can’t I get my money back? But I could have sworn there was an ad and my husband was told that it was a money back guarantee to keep my dogs in the yard. Well.... that was only for the first year.... I was never told that and they sent some sort of last minute typed up policy to my husband..... I wasted about $1200.00 not including 2 collars extra that I had to buy bc one got lost when they escaped on something that only worked for maybe 8 months. Not only did they give me one system that didn’t work. They gave me an “upgrade” from 3volt collar to 9Volts..so now I have 2 systems that don’t work because that system didn’t work either....really disappointing....should sue but what good would that do? It’s apparent that this company needs the money more than me. Waste of time. A waste Of effort and only one employee was helpful to me with this useless system. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

they were on site as scheduled, did a wonderful install in a very timely manner. I would hire again and definitely recommend to anyone needing this service.

Mark was fabulous. He did a fine job with installation and took his time training me on how to do proper training. I would highly recommend him to anyone and would use him again.

When talking on the phone prior to installation, Marc was friendly, professional, and willing to answer any questions I had. They arrived promptly on the date of installation and worked quickly to get it installed, taking care to make as little disturbance to the ground as possible. After installation Marc worked with my dog Wilson to start his training. He had a great way about him and Wilson took to him very quickly. I was amazed at what a quick learner he was. Marc called a few days after installation to check in to see how everything was going. We now are able to give Wilson much more freedom and he is loving it! (We are also loving that every trip outside for him doesn't have to involve a leash.)

They had an old address but they called and arrived only 15 min later than scheduled.  No problem. Took about 2 hrs for the total project as planned.

Had invisible fence brand install my last underground fence. Used Freedom Dog Fence this time on our new home. Product, installation and experience was just as good and paid less.

I started off doing some research to on how exactly the fence works. After finding out it's humane, doesn't hurt my dog and my vet approved I started my search for a reputable company at a reasonable price. I gathered as many quotes as possible and chose Freedom Dog Fence. Instead of selling me on a "free" appointment for some high pressured sales guy to come out to my home, I got a quote right over the phone. I had every question answered in minutes instead of blocking out my day for an appointment like I had to do with the others. The guy told me about their best price guarantee and he was right. After scheduling a day for install two guys show up on time. We walk the entire property and they explain the installation process with great detail. After 3 hours it came time to train. They adjusted the boundary width for me, properly fit the collar and adjusted the correction level. They gave my dog time to get used to them and then the training began. It took about 20 minutes to introduce my dog to his new boundaries while giving commands and treats as a reward. 3 days after following the training guide that was left I was able to unleash Buddy and he was free to exercise like he was never able to before. Best price with A+ quality service and I am more than impressed with my experience. I would recommend this company to anyone. The freedom isn't just for the dog it's for me as well. Letting my dog out without the fear of him running away or getting hit by a car without the maintenance or expense from a traditional fence is priceless! Thank you!

It went perfect. The installation went great. The gentleman who installed the fence did a great job with measuring, and not tearing up my yard. And he helped me get my pet used to the fence, before leaving.

I cannot say enough about how happy we are with this service!! After months of looking for a good installer with a reasonable price that took the time to explain this entire process was beyond exhausting. Some of the larger companies seem to just want to answer a quick question and push you to sign for something that you're not even 100% sure of what you're getting. Our installer was able to work around our hectic schedule and took the time to give us ideas on the best layout for our property. Not only that but he was able to walk us through each step of what he would do, what it would look like, and showed us how to train our 2 German Shepherds and Brown Lab so that we could quickly start letting them out after a long day without any worries. Not only this but he also gave us a thorough tour of the products and was very well versed on other products that we had previously considered.

-2 weeks in and our dogs couldn't be happier. We're all fully trained to the system and my wife and I hardly hesitate when letting them out to play. This is by far one of the best investments we have ever made!! It went very smooth ! Me and Marc set up an over the phone consultation about what was going to happen and how he would install our system. We then picked a Saturday that I was home so that he could install in and then explain to me how it works. The installation took about a half day and everything has been working fine since. I'm very happy with the way everything went

The provider didn't rush through the presentation of o the product. The provider did give us an ample amount of time to understamd the use and different settings of the product. And left our family feeling secure in the fact that he truly cared for our little furry family member, and not just the price of the product. Because when it comes to your family pet, that's something that you just can't put a price on.

My husband and I didn't think this would work on our very hyper dog. The trainer and installer came out together and answered all of our questions prior to beginning. Installation and training were both complete and in about 3 days our hyper runaway was contained! It's so nice to let her outside with out taking her on a leash. The crew showed up to my house right on time.  We started by walking the yard.  We explained what areas we wanted to keep the dog in/out of, and they explained what they were able do to meet all our requests.  They answered all our questions with great detail and used language we understood ( you can tell they have been doing this for a while based on their knowledge and fine work).  

After the initial conversation my husband and I went into the house while the crew got to work.  After a few hours, they knocked on the door and asked us to come out.  They educated us on the box in the garage and how to adjust the settings for the fence.  We walked the yard with the collar and they showed us the boundaries and explained what our dog would hear and experience.   We brought out our dog Homer and the Tech fit the collar to his neck.  We put him on a leash and they started training Homer by introducing him to the boundaries.  After 2 corrections, he learned the what happens when he approaches an area he should not go. 

It's been about 2 weeks and Homer has not been in the neighbor's yard or running across the busy street we live on - He has not left our yard at all.  We love that his has given us peace of mind knowing that our dog can now be let outside without us fearing him going into the neighbor's yard or worse.  

We shopped around, and this was by far the best price and system out there!  This was worth every penny - I wish I would not have waited so long to get my fence from Freedom Dog Fence.
