If you need flooring work, he’s your guy. Anything else - no. The painting work cost me an additional $1300, because his workers paid zero attention to detail. And it held up my renovation by more than a month. Ironically, as his workers repainted my kitchen ceiling, they didn’t place a drop cloth on the tile that they expertly laid, scratching it. I spent half a day in my knees scraping paint off of my floors."
