Truly awful. The owner was very unprofessional and aggressive. Do not use this company. You may be verbally abused and cheated.

"The only complaint this customer had was, in her words, " We Fixed the problem too fast." Because of that fact, she didn't want to pay the $75.00 service fee per her home warranty agreement. That is not "cheating" that's business. I had to pay 2 techs to drive to her home to perform this simple task. I tried to have her check her GFCI herself over the phone. Her reply was, " I'm not an electrician." I am an electrician, just not a free one. Her home warranty company informed her on numerous occasions, she owed the service fee. Sorry you have to pay for services rendered. My reputation speaks for itself! Hope you find peace in yourself. - David Hyatt"

Pat and Jeff were wonderful. They both are professional, and knowledgeable. They spent the entire day at our house,and worked nonstop. They hung ceiling fans,light fixtures, and new wiring for one of the fans.I can't say enough good things about them.My husband and I highly recommend them.

My job was simple, so David was able to give me a quote over the phone. Once I asked him to do the job, he scheduled it in two days. Patrick and Jeff installed a new breaker, wiring, and crawl space outlet. They were professional, courteous, efficient, and to my wife's surprise, Patrick swept up the mess when they were finished. I will definitely call David for my next electrical project!

Ceiling Fan Installation
They took down an old broken outdoor ceiling fan and installed a new one I had purchased. The were very neat and courteous. They hauled off the broken fan and all boxes and packing for the new fan. They added a wall control for the fan that was lacking on the old one. Everything looks and works great.

David from Arc Electric and his staff did an amazing job. They replaced the panel, device and desired the kitchen, bathroom's and garage. The old system was over 60 years old. Their prices was reasonable work best and timely and the communication was excellent. All around a great experience. I highly recommend them!

They were spot on , helpful , friendly, they called me to follow up. The owner David was very professional, friendly, concerning and down to earth. They took 2 days and manuevered things around to accommodate my emergency. The worker David sent out was very caring and re assuring. He had a very calming and re assuring sense. I couldnt have asked for anything more. Not very many people do that nowadays. They are highly recommended. We will be hiring them for all our electrical needs.

Top notch professional experience. Called David the owner Wednesday, he came out Thursday morning for an estimate. Emailed estimate a few hours later. He was able to have a crew out Friday to complete the job. The crew was incredible answering all my questions and very informative. Would highly recommend Arc for your Electrial needs.

I needed to have my light fixture in the kitchen relocated to fit right over my table, and had a hard time finding someone who was reasonable and can get the job done without excess dust. I have 3 asthmatic kids. I was pleasantly surprised when he contacted me and told me he could do the job within the week. He sent 2 men to my home, who were Professional, quick, reliable, clean, and moved my light within the hour. There was very little dust and they took care of that. I highly recommend David and ARC Electrical! I had an item that popped up during a home inspection (installing vents from the bathroom exhaust fans to the exterior through the soffit) that two other larger companies told me were "too small for them to fix." I contacted David and he gladly jumped on the project. He worked around the new homeowners schedule and completed the work on-time and for a fair price.
