When the installer told me he needed to work from the inside to replace the windows, I was very concerned about the old plaster walls and the beautiful interior woodwork around the original windows, but the installer did a beautiful job, didn't leave a mark anywhere, and worked very efficiently.

When he was done, I accepted the fact that he was going to charge more given the additional issues he found. What I didn't expect was that I would have to argue with him that he wasn't charging enough! We finally agreed on a price that I still think was too low!!
