Business owner distracted by family matters and was very difficult to keep on task.

Mike is great to work with.  Very knowledgeable and great at what he does.  His guys removed old decking boards and screen porch.  installed T&G decking and eze breeze windows and enclosed the room.  He also installed a small deck outside the room and built some great steps.  All T&G and decking were composite type from Azek and top quality.  Great PVC hand rails and attn to all details.  Hated to move and leave all that behind.  Will definitly use Mike again.  Highly recommend.

Original deck (second storey level as we have a basement) was rotting away. We had talked to 4 different contractors about replacing the rotting deck boards and installing a screened porch. Only one came back with a quote (and then didn't follow up in a timely manner.)
I saw AAA Remodeling's ad in Clipper magazine, and contacted them out of frustration with the other companies. Mike came round a couple of days later, looked, measured, made good suggestions, and explained why our 8 year old deck was rotting (bad wood treatment process in the early 2000s) He recommended replacing the entire deck, not just the floorboards and steps. He also showed us the EZE Breeze window system, which we liked. He got back to us with a quote within a few days.
Mike gave us a list of references, and after talking to and visiting some, we decided to go with AAA Remodeling. Mike helped with submitting the project for our HOA approval, and he took care of all the County permits. Payment was in 3 stages - beginning, middle, and the balance at completion. We did make a few minor changes to the original plan, and Mike made adjustments for these on our bill.
Work started in mid December. The construction crew removed the old deck and built a new, larger one. They worked quickly and efficiently in some horrible cold and rainy weather. We finally had a deck and steps that felt solid and safe to walk on.
The framing crew were next, putting up aluminum posts, adding a roof, and measuring for the EZE Breeze windows (which are custom ordered.) They returned to install the EZE Breeze window panels when these arrived, and to complete the finishing touches to the project. The construction crew returned to build and install deck and stair rails.
Mike brought in an electrician to install 2 fans, two additional electrical outlets, and an outside light. Also a roofing company to do the shingles, and a guttering installer.
Debris was removed quickly, everything was cleared away at each stage, and damage to the lawn (construction crew's work area) was minimal.
Not included in this project was carpeting, or staining the outside deck.
Throughout the whole project, Mike was very pleasant, knowledgeable, helpful, and kept us informed of each step. All the workers were professional, competent and hard working. The project itself took just over 2 months, a little longer than anticipated, but given the weather and that it was done over the Christmas/New Year period, this was not an issue. We are looking forward to enjoying our new sun room now that Spring is here.
I recommend this company and would use them again. I rated a B for price, but if the category was Value For Money, they would definitely get an A.

We never had a glitch with the exception of waiting on the Ezebreeze windows for a few weeks.  Mike's quote was very specific and if we changed anything (for example we decided to put two skylights into the ceiling) he made an addendum to the contract.  In the past we have used other contractors who gave us a quote with very little but the bottom line.  We knew exactly what we were getting from the beginning and Mike and his employees were there every step of the way.  They also made sure that things were cleaned up and perfect before they left.  
We use our porch almost more than any other room in our house!  The screened porch is used all through the summer and once it begins to get chilly we put the windows up and use it through the winter.  We are so happy with this addition to our home and have had many compliments on the area.

Our experience with AAA Remodeling was excellent.

We had a screen porch that never got used and the furniture was always dirty from the pollen every year. We called AAA from their ad in the clipper mag and got an estimate. They were thorough and answered all my questions. The manufacturer had a backorder on our color, but our salesperson called to let us know and kept us informed. Once that was taken care of, they called to let us know when they would be out to start the process.  They were out quickly, installed everything, and cleaned up after they were done, and all for a very reasonable price. Our porch is wonderful now and I couldn't be happier. It is so nice to be able to sit outside comfortably now! I have already recommended AAA Remodeling to friends and neighbors, and will keep on!

Mike came out and quoted our project.  He was very professional, answered all my questions (which other quotes I'd gotten could not do) and even made some observations and suggestions that made perfect sense that I had not thought of.  His price was reasonable - they weren't the cheapest, but they weren't the most expensive, and when I compared apples-to-apples, they came out on top. They took no money when we signed the contract (something the others also had made very. clear they expected immediately).  The installer removed all the wood and other stuff from the screened porch and installed the aluminum frame.  He measured for the windows and took away all the trash and leftover materials.  When they were finished, everything was caulked and done, it looked ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL.  I couldn't be happier with my room and the people at AAA were helpful, honest, and made me very comfortable.
