"My neighbor had Right Hand Industries install an attic ladder. I had been wanting to do the same. I went over to look at the ladder and Ben was there finishing another project. After seeing the attic ladder and the other project, I was impressed by the finished jobs. As soon as you meet Ben and see his work, you get a good feeling about having him do your project. Within 30 minutes Jennifer sent me a quote along with photos of the product they would be installing. When Ben and his crew came out to replace my wooden ladder, you could tell they knew what they were doing. They installed a metal ladder with plenty of toe room and a hand rail. Ben even went in the attic with me and installed a grab bar to make things easier and safer as you stepped from the ladder. These guys were prompt, neat, polite, and never even took a break during this whole process. Finding reliable contractors can be a challenge, but I know I'll be calling them back for anything I might need."
