It was not a simple project to begin with and I was a little frustrated that it was taking so long. After sending other people to finish the project my bathroom is coming along nicely. They are even fixing the mistakes the first person made. Over all the team is very nice and easy to work with. Being a recently widowed woman Tim met me at Floor & Decor to help me with the items I needed to buy. He let me pick what I wanted but was there for guidance. Challenges that that had led me to hire a professional instead of doing a self install were easily resolved. Removal and replacement was completed as we discussed.
